Under the title THE ART OF, the solo evenings focus on experiencing the vocal artistry of exceptional international opera stars in its purest form, accompanied only by a piano and in the full breadth of their repertoire. With THE ART OF, the Hamburg State Opera is continuing a long tradition: Luciano Pavarotti, José Carreras, Grace Bumbry, Montserrat Caballé and many others have already conquered the Hanseatic audience in solo concerts.
