In a discussion between dramaturge Judith Wiemers and participating Hamburg and national institutions that are committed to the integration of refugees into urban society on the one hand and the preservation of Ukrainian culture on the other, the challenges and opportunities of their work will be highlighted and discussed. The German concept of home is not an uncomplicated one - how do refugees interpret and reinterpret it? What does the loss of home mean for individuals, what does it mean for a national community?
